Inspired to Lead.
Leadership development can and should begin in our youth. Instilling
leadership skills in our youth provides them a greater opportunity to be
effective leaders as adults. Learning and making these skills habit
at a younger age allows our youth to have a more solid foundation entering
high school, college, and the workforce. Rising Stars curriculum has
been used in over 25 states and has had excellent results over the past

Skills identified for the 21st Century Scholar are the same skills developed through Rising Stars. Furthermore, the Rising Stars process addresses approximately 30 out of the 40 Developmental Assets® as noted by the Search Institute. Rising Stars has been successfully used in schools, after school programs, church groups, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and home-school.
