Inspired to Lead.
Leadership Coaching and Development is our primary focus; however, we
occasionally are asked to provide other services for a variety of
organizations including:
Corporate Clients, Faith-based community, and Non-profit agencies. These
services may include:
We can also assist in facilitation needs for your organization
utilizing methods:
- World Cafe Model:
As a conversational process,
the World Café is an innovative yet simple methodology for hosting
conversations about questions that matter. As a process, the World Café
can evoke and make visible the collective intelligence of any group,
thus increasing people’s capacity for effective action in pursuit of
common aims.
- Asset Mapping: Is your
organization, company, or church stuck or looking for new ways to meet
needs? Asset Mapping is a wonderful tool that can be used for
groups of 6 to 1000+. Utilizing this tool will open up the world
of opportunities to achieve unexpected possibilities.
- Open Space Model: Open
Space Technology is one way to enable all kinds of people, in any kind
of organization, to create inspired meetings and events. Over the last
20+ years, it has also become clear that opening space, as an
intentional leadership practice, can create inspired organizations,
where ordinary people work together to create extraordinary results with
regularity.
- Appreciative Inquiry:
Appreciative Inquiry is about the coevolutionary search for the best in
people, their organizations, and the relevant world around them. In its
broadest focus, it involves systematic discovery of what gives “life” to
a living system when it is most alive, most effective, and most
constructively capable in economic, ecological, and human terms. AI
involves, in a central way, the art and practice of asking questions
that strengthen a system’s capacity to apprehend, anticipate, and
heighten positive potential.
- Harvesting: the art of
capturing the results of a meeting or conversation - the collective
intelligence and emerging patterns that are the basis for shared
learning.
