Spaced Repetition

This method of learning was first introduced in 1932 by Professor C.A. Mace.  Since then, it has been studied and researched.  This method of learning increases the retention of information.  [more]

For example, if you were to attend an all-day workshop on leadership, after two weeks, you would only remember (and be using) about 2% of what you learned.

By utilizing "spaced repetition," and listening to the information 5-6 times over 5-6 days, you will retain, and therefore USE, approximately 62% of the information for 15 years to life.

Inspired to Lead.

Your journey to personal leadership development can begin with some great books.  Listed below are recommendations for "Must Reads."  We suggest that you chose an audio copy of the book and listen to it five to six times over the next 30 days.  This method of learning provides significantly increased retention (see side bar to left).

Depending on what area of leadership coaching you are interested in, we may utilize these and others in your sessions.
