Spaced Repetition This method of learning was first introduced in 1932 by Professor C.A. Mace. Since then, it has been studied and researched. This method of learning increases the retention of information. [more] For example, if you were to attend an all-day workshop on leadership, after two weeks, you would only remember (and be using) about 2% of what you learned. By utilizing "spaced repetition," and listening to the information 5-6 times over 5-6 days, you will retain, and therefore USE, approximately 62% of the information for 15 years to life.
